Terms & Conditions — dkwi Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and dkwi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the dkwi online casino and sports betting services available at dkwi.net and any associated mobile or browser-based application operated under the dkwi brand.

By completing the dkwi account registration process, clicking "I Agree" on any acceptance prompt, or by placing any wager or initiating any transaction through the dkwi platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the dkwi platform and close your account if one has been opened.

These Terms are written and governed in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

dkwi reserves the absolute right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice for minor amendments, and with reasonable advance notice for material changes that affect player rights. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at dkwi.net/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the dkwi platform after any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

dkwi operates as an online entertainment platform. Nothing on the dkwi platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of winnings of any kind. Gambling outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and independent game logic supplied by internationally accredited providers. dkwi does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

The dkwi platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, access any game or betting market, place any wager, or conduct any financial transaction on the dkwi platform. This requirement is absolute and has no exceptions.

By registering on dkwi, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of your registration;
• You are accessing the dkwi platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers;
• All information you provide during registration and verification is accurate, complete, and belongs to you personally.

dkwi employs age verification procedures as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. dkwi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by dkwi will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

In addition to the age requirement, you must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of dkwi or any of its affiliated software providers or payment partners when registering for a player account.

To access real-money games and betting markets on dkwi, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and truthful personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (mobile number or email address).

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) dkwi account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. dkwi employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

Upon registration, you are required to create a unique username and a secure password. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dkwi strongly recommends:

• Using a password that is at least 10 characters in length and combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your dkwi account security settings;
• Never sharing your username or password with any third party under any circumstances;
• Logging out of your dkwi session when using a shared or public device.

dkwi will never contact you by phone, email, live chat, or any other channel to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from dkwi that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: dkwi reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that remain unverified beyond the period specified in the verification request notification may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

dkwi supports a range of BDT-denominated payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the dkwi platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on dkwi is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposits subject to your chosen payment method's own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your dkwi account within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during standard banking hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by dkwi within 2 to 24 hours of submission, subject to account verification status and the payment method selected. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same dkwi account, or to a verified bank account registered in the same name as the dkwi account. dkwi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account KYC verification must be completed and approved;
• Any active bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirements in full;
• No open disputes or fraud investigations are pending on the account;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the balance available in your real-money wallet (bonus wallet funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied).

Transaction Fees: dkwi does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. dkwi is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

dkwi may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its availability, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a dkwi account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal may be requested. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

Bonus Wallet Separation: Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate wallet balances within your dkwi account. Bonus funds are used after your real-money balance has been depleted in any given gaming session. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and remain subject to applicable wagering requirements until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Bonus Abuse: dkwi reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: wagering on low-variance games or bet combinations specifically to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements; opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; or colluding with other players to collectively benefit from a promotional offer beyond its intended scope.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process;
• dkwi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonuses are available to players in Bangladesh only and are denominated in BDT.

By using the dkwi platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner at all times. The following behaviours are expressly prohibited on the dkwi platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a dkwi account; initiating false chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been used for wagering;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with dkwi games or betting markets without human manual input;
• Collusion: Communicating with other players in a live game environment for the purpose of coordinating bets or game strategies to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house;
• Exploit usage: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in any dkwi game or platform feature to generate winnings that would not ordinarily be achievable under normal operating conditions;
• Money laundering: Using the dkwi platform as a vehicle for depositing, cycling, or withdrawing funds for any purpose other than legitimate gambling entertainment;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during account registration, KYC verification, or any communication with dkwi's support team;
• Underage access facilitation: Allowing or enabling any person under the age of 18 to access your dkwi account or participate in any gambling activity through the platform.

dkwi reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably suspects may constitute a breach of these prohibited conduct rules. During an active investigation, dkwi may place a temporary hold on withdrawals from the affected account. If a breach is confirmed, dkwi may take any or all of the following actions: immediate account suspension or permanent closure; forfeiture of account balance including both real-money and bonus funds; recovery of any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct; reporting of the matter to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the dkwi platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. dkwi provides no warranty that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction from which they may be accessed.

All games available on the dkwi platform are supplied by independently certified third-party software providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are advised to review the rules and paytable of any game before placing real-money wagers.

Random Number Generators: All slot games and electronic table games on dkwi use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by internationally accredited testing laboratories. The outcomes of RNG games are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the player, dkwi, or any third party.

Sports Betting and Cricket: Odds for all sports betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are set by dkwi based on real-time market data. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the event starting. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked and will not be changed retroactively. In-play bets are accepted subject to the specific in-play market rules applicable to each event.

Bet Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as reported by the recognised governing body for that sport (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing body for BPL fixtures). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, dkwi's decision — made in good faith based on available official information — shall be final.

Void Bets: dkwi reserves the right to declare a bet void in the following circumstances:

• The event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before reaching the point at which a result could be determined;
• A palpable error in the odds was made at the time the bet was accepted (e.g., a market offered at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error);
• The bet was placed on a market that was opened in error;
• Evidence suggests the bet was placed in connection with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.

Where a bet is declared void, the original stake is returned to the player's real-money wallet in full. No additional compensation is paid for voided bets.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your dkwi account at any time by contacting the dkwi support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, dkwi will process the request within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your last verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering obligations are outstanding. Bonus wallet balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a structured break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the dkwi account settings or via the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the player will not receive any marketing communications from dkwi. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once applied — the minimum period must elapse before reinstatement can be requested. Involuntary Suspension or Closure by dkwi: dkwi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity;
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account suspension.

Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. dkwi will send a written notice to the registered contact details at least 30 days before applying an inactivity classification. An inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the account balance after the inactive classification is applied, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. No fee will be charged if the account balance is already zero at the point of inactivity classification.

Appeals: If your account has been suspended or closed by dkwi and you believe this action was made in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification of the closure. dkwi will review all appeals in good faith and respond within 10 business days of receipt. dkwi's final decision on account closure appeals, once communicated, is binding.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. By continuing to use the dkwi platform, you confirm your acceptance of this version of the Terms in full.
